The Certificate Authority failed to download the temporary challenge files created by Certbot

My domain is: dashboard.healthhouse.com.au

I ran this command: docker-compose -f build/docker-compose.yml run --rm certbot certonly --webroot --webroot-path /var/www/certbot/ -d dashboard.healthhouse.com.au

It produced this output:

Certbot failed to authenticate some domains (authenticator: webroot). The Certificate Authority reported these problems:

  Detail: 54.206.69.172: Fetching http://dashboard.healthhouse.com.au/.well-known/acme-challenge/fCzby2poiLF6FiMphRrdh-t-aVymouJu-bc2372ZXCs: Connection refused

I see two potential problems:

That is irregular and needs to be confirmed working.

In order to validate via HTTP authentication, you must have a site reachable via HTTP.
