First, HTTPS requests to your domain are using a cert that was issued recently. We would need more info about the problem you are having now. You shouldn't need to be getting more certs yet.

But, Netlify manages your certs. You are better off contacting their support for questions about that. I am sure they will be able to help you.

This does not sound like an error coming from the Let's Encrypt ACME server.
