Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com ), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.
My domain is: www.algorithmz.net
I ran this command:/root/.acme.sh/acme.sh --renew -d www.algorithmz.net

Renew: ‘www.algorithmz.net ’

Hi @ahmed.aly4
you shouldn't use acme.sh
and the menu of your provider parallel. And if you have a menu from your provider, this is the preferred solution.
But: Your certificates:
https://transparencyreport.google.com/https/certificates?cert_search_auth=&cert_search_cert=&cert_search=include_expired:false;include_subdomains:false;domain:algorithmz.net&lu=cert_search
You shouldn't create a new certificate, because there are 4 certificates with two domain names (www + non www).
Installed is one certificate with one name (non-www).
So check (perhaps, I don't use that tool) your "Letsencrypt Manager" to find one of the certificates with 2 domain names and install that.
this was used by /root/.acme.sh/acme
how can use Letsencrypt Manager as it can’t renew
or how to remove only one host
i remove the cert when i try to install i got this
Failed authorization procedure. www.algorithmz.net (http-01): urn:ietf:params:acme:error:unauthorized :: The client lacks sufficient authorization :: Invalid response from http://www.algorithmz.net/.well-known/acme-challenge/QBB4OCIqBwvCxae2bE5YmW48-Py0N9X_jDTmgQtLKjM: "\n\n\n\n
