Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.
My domain is: JRG.ubrandvip.app
bh.ubrandvip.app
evh.ubrandvip.app
I ran this command: No command done, need help to do this
It produced this output:
My web server is (include version): not sure
The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): not sure
My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Oracle
I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): I think so
I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): no
The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): not sure
I see from the public log history you recently got certs for these domain names. They are individual certs for each name.
But, HTTPS requests to your domains do not use their most recent cert and so show an Expired error.
After getting a cert you need to make sure your service is using it. It looks like you have not done that.
We would need more details from you to help you with that. Although, configuring your server and services is something you should know how to do anyway.
