Securing my site

Hello, I am new to the Let’s Encrypt community. How do I proceed with securing my website. I am interested in securing a e-commerce site. At the moment I am not making any sales and I think that is partly to do with the lack of reassurance about security.

My domain is:
416music.com

My web server is (include version): GoDaddy

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Godaddy

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Wholesale2b

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): No

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): yes

Try again, please. If Wholesale2b is your hosting provider, what is Godaddy doing?
