Request to unblock rate limit

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: www.tymlez.happystry.com

My web server is (include version): Kubernetes v1.12.9-gke.15

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): YES

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): NO

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot):0.2.4

Well, the rate limit isn’t going to be removed for you. But which limit are you hitting? There are several, and your client should tell you which one you’ve exceeded. Some will only last for an hour, so you won’t have very long to wait.

Filling out the form is not a substitute for asking a detailed question.

Hi @pragathi_nichesoft

there are checks of your domain - this morning - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=tymlez.happystry.com

Last certificates:

No new certificate, so you didn't hit the "5 identical certificates" - limit. The failed validation limit isn't relevant, one hour.

Looks like you have the "excessive traffic" - problem.

I'm not firm with Kubernetes, but an older version was buggy and created a lot of traffic.

So fest step: Update your Kubernetes.

And share your detailed error message.
