Hi @GeorgeTsop

it's not possible to unblock a domain if you have hitted the rate limit.

And it's not required. Checking your domain - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=vmi285757.contaboserver.net#ct-logs

Next certificate - 2019-08-04 23:59:45, so you can create the next certificate this Monday.

I need to work im not playing i send and email on letsencrypt and tell me We do not offer support via email. please need to work.

Looks like you didn't read some basics.

Please read

If you’ve hit a rate limit, we don’t have a way to temporarily reset it. You’ll need to wait until the rate limit expires after a week. We use a sliding window, so if you issued 25 certificates on Monday and 25 more certificates on Friday, you’ll be able to issue again starting Monday.

You can circumvent the “issued for exact set of domains” rate limit by adding a domain to the requested certificate, so it isn’t an “exact set” as the previous certificates.

But even if you’d do so, you really really really should read the links posted above.

Let’s Encrypt cannot and does not remove applied rate limits. The only one to blame for unfortunate outcomes because you’ve hit the rate limit is yourself.
