I have been creating ceritificates but i have been having issues with cloudflare proxy so i am no longer using cloudflare but while trying to fix it i used my limits now i have fixed it i cant make a certificate
Then you'll have to wait for it to expire. If you could share a bit more detail (like the exact error), we might be able to give some other guidance. But the rate limits aren't going to be listed just because you busted them--that's what the staging environment is for.

LE certs will not renew before 30 days of expiry, so you won't be able to renew your cert before 22 September. If you wish to check your setup before actually attempting renewal, use LE's staging environment. That way you won't run into a rate limit. Once you're satisfied everything is in order you may renew your cert in the normal fashion. If you run into any problems, we're here to help.
