Renewing an SSL Certificate on an authorized host. What the heck do I click on... what am I doing

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: ryansmith.com

I ran this command: I clicked on the Let’s Encrypt logo in the cPanel and it said my SSL was being sent off to queue for installation

It produced this output: Nada

My web server is (include version): Chrome?

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): macOS 10.13.6 High Sierra

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: siteground.com

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): yes if that means cPanel

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): yes

Hi,

If siteground hosting states that it’s off for installation, you might need a few minutes / hours for it to be in effect.

Thank you

Thanks.
So I just have to be patient…essentially. Any idea what the average time frame is?

Hi,

You might need to contact siteground for this information... Sorry.

Thank you

No worries- thanks for your help! At least I am on the right track :)
