Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.
The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):
My hosting provider, if applicable, is: GoDaddy
I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):
I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):
The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):
We have determined that the certificate on the domain is going to expire, but we have not received a renewal notice and all the email addresses that we could think of for a notification to go to, are apparently not valid. The parked page should just be a redirect to www.
That would "fix" this. But what about https://parked.page ? ? ?
Well, that is something the hosting company needs to do for you.
http & https to the parked page should redirect to www.
We got a notification from our documentation system on 11/23 that it was going to expire in 24 days. That does not seem to be accurate anymore. I don't know what would have changed, but it seems odd that it would be pushed out by a few months.
