My i don’t know the name of my webserver. I’m not techie. Not trying to complicate this but i have provided the info to the best of my knowledge.

I did the first certificate on my own.

You may have to repeat those actions, if they were not properly set for automatic renewal.

It should at least be possible to tell us the hosting provider and how the website is being managed.
