Renewal: How to?

I got a 90 day renewal notice. Thanks, but I do not have a clue on how to renew.
Nor can I find any documentation or links on the subject.
God this SSL business is complicated, unnecessarily so.
My hope was that Let’s Encrypt was a solution to intractable complexity, but it is not.
How do I renew?
