Renewal didn't work automatic

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: amrsadek.net

I ran this command:

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version):

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: namecheap shared hosting

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): Yes

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): Certbot

I was waiting for auto renewal of the certificate but it didn't renew automatic. any help with that will be highly appreciated :folded_hands:

I'm not a tech guy by the way

Well, you've really given us nothing to work with here (and are you sure you don't know the answers to any of those questions? You have root shell access, but don't know what OS you're running?), so all I can suggest is, "whatever you did to get the certificate in the first place, do it again."

Sorry for that @danb35

these are the server information :

Hosting Package StellarPlus18
Server Name premium94
cPanel Version 126.0 (build 29)
Apache Version 2.4.65
Database Version 10.6.23-MariaDB-cll-lve-log
Architecture x86_64
Operating System linux
Shared IP Address 68.65.121.192
Path to Sendmail /usr/sbin/sendmail
Path to Perl /usr/bin/perl
Perl Version 5.26.3
Kernel Version 4.18.0-553.44.1.lve.el8.x86_64

If you have a shared IP address, I don't think you have root shell access. Instead, you're using some sort of shared hosting--you'll need to ask your hosting provider why the automatic renewal didn't work. I'd expect you could force a renewal through cPanel, but it should be happening automatically.

Can you elaborate on how i can force automatic renewal in cpanel ?

Thanks for your support, it will be highly appreciated

No, I can't; I'm not that familiar with cpanel. That would be a question for your hosting provider--the ones you're paying for this service.
