Certificate didn't Auto renew

We had two certificates that expired on 7/6/2019 and didn’t auto renew. Aren’t these supposed to auto renew every 3 months?

please answer all of these questions. So we know some details about your configuration.

If you have changed your configuration, that may be the reason auto-renew doesn’t work.

I assure you that if I knew the answers I would have readily answered your questions; however, I do not.

If you don’t have informations about your system, it’s impossible to find a solution.

Shared hosting - own root server, old client, new client … there are a lot of different setups possible.

@jrapoport, do you pay someone to host your site? Do you pay someone to administer the site? Did you pay someone to create it?

The person who was maintaining this client left the firm and did not leave any information regarding these certificates. The certificates had properly renewed until now.
