Rate limit form: answer thread

Hello,

As a hosting platform we issue thousands certificates per day. To improve issuing capacity we added new servers, and need for them increased new order limit for their account IDs.

We hit many times a day the error “Error creating new order :: too many new orders recently: see https://letsencrypt.org/docs/rate-limits/” We use only one account with certbot per server.

Account IDs are:

  • 72238598
  • 72312385

Following https://letsencrypt.org/docs/rate-limits/ I filled the rate limit form but after submission there is no way to know submission status. Can you give me some informations?

We received your rate limit adjustment request. Depending on the availability of our team, these should be moved into production within the next few business days.
