Policy forbids issuing for name irs.sk

Hello,
I have a problem with generation of SSL certificate for domain: irs.sk (and also: www.irs.sk) which is website of Slovak company providing public emergency services in our country.

Error message is:
new-authz error: {
“type”: “urn:acme:error:rejectedIdentifier”,
“detail”: “Error creating new authz :: Policy forbids issuing for name”,
“status”: 400
}

Is there any chance to unblock this domain and generate the cert or have to buy some commercial one for this domain?

It’s blocked due to being a high risk domain (Internal Revenue Service). You may email security@letsencrypt.org to ask for an exception.

Hi, thank you very much for your reply. Honestly I’ve never heard about that U.S. government institution before, so I think, it would be fair to not block any other national tld’s with this abbreviation. I will write to email.
