Hi,
we have the problem with certificate request for our domain irs.cz / www.irs.cz

The returned error message is: new-authz error: {“type”:“urn:acme:error:rejectedIdentifier”,“detail”:“Error creating new authz :: Policy forbids issuing for name”,“status”: 400}

Could you help me? This is regular domain for our business.

Unfortunately Let’s Encrypt has to look into manual approval because the name of your domain (irs) is the same as the acronym for the United States tax collection authority the Internal Revenue Service. As such this is an attractive target for phishing scams thus explaining the lock on certificate issuance.
