Policy forbids issuing for name - change from RapidSSL

Hi,

I’m trying to generate certificate for webmail.ing.cz and webmail.ing.sk. Dns points to my server, there is RapidSSL and we can change it. Generating ends with error: “Error creating new authz :: Policy forbids issuing for name” without any record in access.log, other domain pointing to this server is ok. Is possible to remove them from blacklist?

Email security@letsencrypt.org. It was likely blacklisted for being a financial institution.
