We've filled out the rate limit increase request form twice over the last several months and have not received any emails and the rate limit has not been increased.
We have checked our spam systems.
How can we get in contact with someone at let's encrypt and or get this resolved?
Thanks @mcpherrinm for the update. We couldn't find anything from formstack so I don't know what the deny reason is. Maybe something in our corporate spam server is blocking it and not showing in the dashboard . . I don't know.
How can get this resolved? Can you send me the deny reason directly to my corporate email account? It's dave_sargent@selinc.com
