No padlock on site when browsing

I have went through the steps to complete the install of this cert and use whynopadlock.com to check and everything is good except TLSv1 which it says it should still show padlock with this warning. I have went into my server to add the line of code “SSLProtocol -all +TLSv1.2” I have the redirect set on the server itself but im kind of lost at this point.

My domain is: nissannismo.club

I ran this command: SSLProtocol -all +TLSv1.2

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version): Wordpress 4.9.6

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): ubuntu 16.04

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: AWS EC2

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):no

Hi,

I dont see any errors when I’m visiting your website…

Can you share us a example of the “no padlock” (a link)

Simply clear your cache might helps. (CTRL+F5)

Thank you

I restarted the server one last time but didn’t reset my cache. thanks getting my head back on straight.
