Hi,

Are you trying to obtain a valid tls certificate from Let’s Encrypt?
I believe your host might have that built in to Plesk.

Please check out this tutorial and try to obtain it in this way.
https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/onyx/customer-guide/websites-and-domains/securing-connections-with-ssltls-certificates/getting-free-ssltls-certificate-from-lets-encrypt.77233/

Please post back if you have any other questions.

Thank you

Hello,

i did it and it says
" Please wait while Plesk finishes adding a DNS record with the following parameters:
Record type: TXT
Domain name: _acme-challenge .whitecrownfashion.com"

Hi,

Did you delegrate your domain name to their NS servers? (Hosting Provider)

From what I saw, your domain is still NSing with NameCheap.

Which means, you probably need to find the TXT record and manually adding the TXT record to your NameCheap DNS IF you don’t want to use or don’t have NS configuration from your hosting provider.

Also, did you choose to issue “Wildcard certificate” by any chance? Because if not, it should fall back to HTTP validation…

Thank you

Yeah, the NameCheap BasicDNS is activated.
I asked the hoster and they said “You just need to put in the A Records.”
