Get a certificate for plesk panel

I tried install a letsencrypt certificate on my plesk server using the module installed there, i wasn't able to do that. even after adding the TXT record to my DNS settings

Could you please provide more information? Not everybody here on this Community knows Plesk by heart. I certainly don't.

For example, which module exactly? Which actions did you do exactly? Please provide screenshots if possible. And what didn't work exactly? Did you get an error message? If so, what was the complete output? Or perhaps again a screenshot?

Also, when you started this thread in the #help section, you should have been provided with a questionnaire, which is mandatory. Maybe you didn't get it, maybe you deleted it for some reason :man_shrugging: But in any case, we need the answers to all those questions, even if you don't know the answer. If that's the case, just say so.
