Need help for certificates

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: synackd.fr

I ran this command: generate Lets encrypt certificate from Synology DSM

It produced this output: failed to generate certificates - check your domain

Hi @syn

there is a check of your domain, ~~15 minutes old - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=synackd.fr

There is no ip address:

Host T IP-Address is auth. ∑ Queries ∑ Timeout
synackd.fr A yes 1 0
AAAA yes
www.synackd.fr Name Error yes 1 0

So you can't use http validation.

I’ve added some IPs on the REGISTRAR, and now i’ve a message indicateing what i’ve reach maximum number of certificate request for that domain.

i already use certificate for current domain ‘synackd.synology.me’, but i want to replace this domain with my new domain ‘synackd.fr
