I attempted to issue a certificate for the following gtld, but an error occurred.
gtld : xn–tckwe
error : Name does not end in a public suffix
Does Let’s Encrypt support .xn–tckwe?

This is a known bug with the Let’s Encrypt CA software. IDN domains with non-IDN TLDs (e.g. コム.com
) work, but IDN TLDs (example.コム
) are currently broken.
A fix is in progress, but for now you just have to wait.
(Yes, i copied and pasted this post. ;-))
Thank you very much
That issue shows that people are now getting success issuing for IDN TLDs (so it’s a great time to try again!).
