Are you sure the problem is with your website and not with your network?
Everything is fine with the network on the mobile device: other sites are opening, including those hosted on vercel
We're primarily helping on this forum with Let's Encrypt certificates. The problem you encounter seems to be related to network instead. Possibly even a censorship attempt. You should contact Vercel and your mobile provider for help.

I don't know if everything is fine. They might have a misbehaving DNS resolver, some IP transport or BGP routing issues... if not something more political.
But I'm not there, I can't check, I don't know if checking is even wise.
