My site cannot renew SSL certificate

My domain is: dolphinsofthedesert.com

I ran this command: N/A

It produced this output: I received an automatically generated email from my host company saying “AutoSSL provider could not renew the SSL certificate without a reduction of coverage because of the following problems…” then it listed seven temporary files it tried to query.

If you haven't intentionally made some kind of change -- like moving that domain to a different hosting company -- this sounds like a cPanel configuration issue with your host. You need to contact them. :sweat:

That looks like a JustHost IP address...

That subdomain seems to be using a CDN or anti-DDoS service called SiteLock?

You may have to disable SiteLock before you can make any changes. Double-check with your hosting provider first to be sure. SiteLock prevents any malicious changes to your site - as the name implies.
