Potential reduced AutoSSL coverage

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

This is the email i am receiving, what should i do? Sorry, i am not knowledgeable in this area!

meadowsco.com.au: AutoSSL would normally renew this certificate now, but 1 of the website's secured domains just failed DCV. To provide you with more time to resolve this problem, AutoSSL will defer the renewal until Feb 19, 2023 at 1:49:03 PM UTC. After that time, AutoSSL will request a replacement certificate that excludes any domains that fail DCV. At the time of this notice, the certificate will expire in 5 days, 12 hours, 25 minutes, and 12 seconds.
AutoSSL did not renew the certificate for "meadowsco.com.au". You must take action to keep this site secure.

The "LetsEncrypt" AutoSSL provider could not renew the SSL certificate without a reduction of coverage because of the following problems:

Did you recently change your website to Shopify, from a different platform?

It looks like your old website (which was hosted on a platform called cPanel) is complaining that it can no longer renew the certificate for your old website. This is because your domain now points to Shopify, rather than at cPanel.

If you have recently changed your site to be hosted on Shopify, you don't need to worry about cPanel having a certificate for that domain anymore, and you can ignore the warning.
