heute bekam ich eine eMail mit der Meldung:
"Let's Encrypt certificate expiration notice for domain "Name meiner Domain".
Was muss/kann ich tun damit dieser Feler weggeht und auch weg bleibt?
Vielen Dank für einen Tip/Vorgangsbeschreibung was zu tun ist

can't say anything without knowing your actual domain, it could be from you don't need to do anything(it's just sent because you add a new subdomain to cert) to your renewal setup is broken, and you do something (can't say what because we don't knew your config)
