Hello I got an email Let’s Encrypt certificate expiration notice for domain “kleineindiaantjes.nl” (and 1 more) but I have no idea what this mean. I didnt knew I used Encrypt and also I dont know what I am supposed to do

You do use Let’s Encrypt, possible through your hosting provider. However, your certificate was successfully renewed yesterday

and I can also see that the new certificate is in use on your site. Therefore, whoever has set this up or is responsible for it—perhaps from the hosting provider—has apparently dealt with it correctly, and no further action should be required right now.
