Im having a problem that some websites do register certificates the right way, but other websites do not register the right way. It seems like letsencrypt.exe does not create a .well-known directory/acme challenge key in the website root folder. Is there a log which I can view to check whats going on ? Or is there a problem with perhaps the client itself ?
I`m using 1.9.8.4 of acme client win simple.
