Let's Encrypt links in CPanel not working

I simply want to purchase a SSL certificate and install on the website or renew. I got a notification that the Let's Encrpyt one there expires today, 24/12/2022 but can't renew it. RSA, 2,048-bit
I ran this command:
Cpane > SSL > Security > INSTALL AND MANAGE SSL FOR YOUR SITE (HTTPS)

It produced this output:

This looks like a cPanel problem and not related to Let's Encrypt. Should try searching the cPanel forums. Maybe look at this one I found with google
