SSL Certificate Expires Soon

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.
Hello - I recently received a notification from Cpanel that my SSL Certificate expires on 10/10/21. I no longer have any IT support to assist with what needs to be done to update the certificate. Please help. In addition I also received a notification from Quality Host On Line they migrated to a different server. If I am using a 3rd Party DNS I am asked to update the record for my domain.
My domain is:
*.toniamarie.com
toniamarie.com
cpanel.toniamarie.com
cpcalendars.toniamarie.com
cpcontacts.toniamarie.com
mail.toniamarie.com
toniamarie.com
webdisk.toniamarie.com
webmail.toniamarie.com
www.toniamarie.com

I ran this command: Don't know how to do that

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version):

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Quality Host Online

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): I don't know

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): cpanel

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):

Hi @Toniamarie, welcome to the LE community forum

I'm sorry to hear about your recent lack of IT support (you'd think there would be plenty to go 'round).

The good new:

The DNS is being handled by the same vendor and there is nothing for you to do there.

The not-so good news:

Based on this renewal pattern:

It seems that whatever was scheduled to renew your cert (presumably automatically) has been turned off or has failed to do so (2021-09-12).
And, from here, it is difficult to say exactly why that happened nor how one can mend that situation.
I would start with your Hosting Service Provider (HSP) [Quality Host On Line?]; I'd bring them in on this as they should be able to either set the automated renewals back for you OR provide the instructions on how you can do so yourself.
