Let's encrypt is totally not understandable

Hi,
I am trying to use Let’s Encrypt on my web hosting where it asks for:

  1. Private Keys (KEY)
  2. Certificate Signing Requests (CSR)
  3. Certificates (CRT)

So, how I gonna make it work?
Where are KEY, CSR and CRT?
