Let's Encrypt for cPanel is currently unavailable

Hi.

Let’s encrypt service not run in centos with WHM

The service was running ok but now when we try to start it show us the next messange in the let’s encrypt log:
time=“2017-08-10T17:14:12+02:00” level=fatal msg=“Licence was not valid and we could not find a valid one to download” download-error=“Failed to download licence file: received response 404 Not Found” licence-error=“Could not unmarshal licence: invalid character ‘L’ looking for beginning of value, Licence not found\n”

We ask to WHM but they say us that is a 3rd party dplugin and we have to ask you for further assistance.
