Hi @clack,

When they say

I believe the suggestion is to contact your hosting provider. The error is probably on their end.

Hi @schoen .
I am hosting provider .
How fix this Error ?

[root@host ~]# wget -qq -O - https://cpanel.fleetssl.com/static/generate_support_data.sh|bash
FATA[0004] Self-test failed
Redirecting to /bin/systemctl status letsencrypt-cpanel.service
Please provide this string to support: 492e85e4-b901-40e4-a68a-d6ed23f45261

In that case the support that they’re referring to is the FleetSSL support.

Even I am getting the below error:

There was a problem processing your request
Let’s Encrypt for cPanel is currently unavailable. Please contact your host.

Does this mean that Let’s Encrypt now cannot be installed on CPanel??

Hi @fakhruddin,

"Let's Encrypt for cPanel" is the former name of a specific commercial product, which was renamed to FleetSSL because the original name was potentially confusing. This message does not mean that Let's Encrypt no longer works with cPanel, but it means that your host's particular copy of the FleetSSL software is not working. You should then follow the request to contact your hosting provider's support.

If you are the hosting provider, as in @clack's case, you should contact FleetSSL support via

Thanks for the revert @schoen
