Learning use of Let's Encrypt

I am a newbie as far as setup of SSL certificates.

Our two website been using Let's E certificate for the last 2 years. The hosting company did all the setups and renewals. The latest renewal failed and they are no longer provide support.

here is the error we are getting:

Where do I go and how do I learn all that needs to be known about Let's Encrypt certificate usage?
