https://webhoster.ca/ This my website and the SSL is provided by Lets encrypt but I do not know when green lock is not coming.
Could any body help me in this.

Green padlock is only given for EV SSL, which are not available for Lets Encrypt.
If you get a grey padlock, WITHOUT an exclamation Point, red cross or a yellow triangle, Everything is fine.
This may depend on your browser--it certainly isn't true of Firefox or Chrome. The issue here is images being loaded via http rather than https.
It depends on the browser used but most of them will show a green padlock with DV (Domain Validated) certificates (the ones issued by Let's Encrypt):
