I ran this command: sudo certbot --apache

It produced this output:

There seems to be more than one problem.
Primarily (quite possibly), Apache might NOT be the default port 80 and port 443 service.
There may be mutlple web server or multiple instances (or multiple versions) of Apache running...
Please show output of:
netstat -pant | grep -i listen

Secondary, there is no global server name and probably no default vhost config (with a server name in it).
Please show the output of:
apachectl -S

You can help me with this because I did not understand what I have to do.

SSH/putty to your server and issue these commands (and reply with their outputs):
sudo netstat -pant | grep -i listen
sudo apachectl -S
