Install ssl on Cyber panel not working

My domain is: https://minhmien.com

I ran this command: I'm install ssl on Cyber panel dashboard

It produced this output: SSL Issued for minhmien.com

My web server is (include version): Open Litespeed Started Latest

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Cent OS 7

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): yes

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Ceber panel
When I can't visit my site with https, when i check ssl i get an error like this below

I don't know what is wrong with your Cyber Panel but you are getting Let's Encrypt certs successfully. In fact, you are getting so many you will soon be Rate Limited (or may already be) so please stop requesting more certs (see below).

Your server is using a self-signed cert and is not configured to use the LE cert you get. This is the problem you need to solve.

You should review your Cyper Panel settings and LiteSpeed. You might need to review your WordPress too.

So when can I apply for a new license?

The "[image]" did not load :frowning:
If by "license", you mean "certificate", then you can "apply" for one as soon as the Cyber Panel is fixed.
Until then it will continue failing.
