I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Ceber panel
When I can't visit my site with https, when i check ssl i get an error like this below
I don't know what is wrong with your Cyber Panel but you are getting Let's Encrypt certs successfully. In fact, you are getting so many you will soon be Rate Limited (or may already be) so please stop requesting more certs (see below).
Your server is using a self-signed cert and is not configured to use the LE cert you get. This is the problem you need to solve.
You should review your Cyper Panel settings and LiteSpeed. You might need to review your WordPress too.
So when can I apply for a new license?
The "[image]" did not load
If by "license", you mean "certificate", then you can "apply" for one as soon as the Cyber Panel is fixed.
Until then it will continue failing.
