Please answer the questions to the best of your knowledge. Without the answers, we can't really help you at all. If you really, really don't know, please let us know accordingly. However, it's quite unusual to not know at least some of the currently missing answers.

Why do you want to renew your certificate if you have it already renewed?

Please use that certificate. May be a server restart is required.
