Help! How to renew SSL certificate. Expired now

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: www.sixtytwogrey.com.au

I ran this command: Do not understand what it is.

It produced this output: Do not understand what it is.

My web server is (include version): Do not understand what it is.

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Win10

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: CrazyDomain

I can login to a root shell on my machine ( no, or I don't know): Do not understand what it is.

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no):

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): Do not understand what it is.

The cert has been expired for over a month, and now it's a problem? But it looks like CrazyDomains provides both web hosting and SSL certs, for a fee--you should ask them why it wasn't renewed.
