I got this error when i ran certbot --nginx. Error 3.33.152.147

Your DNS settings at GoDaddy are using their URL Redirect (or URL Forwarding) service. You need to disable that and setup an A record for the public IP for your nginx server.

These are addresses for this URL Redirect service not your nginx.
