I can not renew my certificates

My domain is: profilaktika.net

I ran this command: /opt/letsencrypt//certbot-auto -d profilaktika.net -d jabber.profilaktika.net -d www.profilaktika.net

It produced this output:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): no

However, after stopping the Apache server and running the command: /opt/letsencrypt/./letsencrypt-auto certonly , was able to renew my certificates.
