I recently installed Lets Encrypt Certificate on my Domain which has now expired. Can any please help me out how to renew the Certificate Step by step. A little help in this regard will be very good.

Renewal is just issuing a new certificate.
How did you obtain your initial certificate? Repeat that process?
Without details about what client you used an how you initially got the certificate it’s fairly difficult to point you in the right direction.

How did you generate the original certificate? To renew would be to simply install a new certificate.
There are several tools you can use to do all of this automatically, certain hosting providers will also issue you with a new SSL automatically before the expiration date.
