Hi, I received the email indicating the imminent expiration of my domain's certificate, my host created the ssl certificate but I can't find a way to renew it. I already use certbot but I would prefer to renew it along with the hosting service if possible, my hosting service is ".tech". Do you know if it is possible to renew it through the hosting service?

If the hosting service created it, it's almost certainly the hosting service's responsibility to renew it (and the hosting service is most likely able to do so).
Also note that you can receive this warning if the coverage of your certificates was changed (for example, by re-issuing an existing certificate to add a subdomain). If that happens to apply to your situation, the certificate that you're actively using might not be about to expire at all.
