If you used that tutorial, you should do exactly the same again to renew. Only the .well-known and acme-challenge folders already exist, so there’s no need to make those again, unless youçve deleted them.
Hey, in the case you issued the certificate, it looks like you will have to complete that process again. But, some web hosting companies do have a Let’s Encrypt plugin that can auto renew your cert every time it needs to be renewed. I would ask GoDaddy about that.
