Honestly, judging by your domain's WHOIS record, I don't think it's currently controlled by google domains (domains.google). If GoDaddy mentioned your domain is controlled by Google, it might be much easier and cheaper if you actually transfer it to Google domains. ($18 USD renewal at GoDaddy vs $12 USD renewal at Google domains)
For the bot authorized error, you might also want to check if the "security CNAME" is correctly set in your GoDaddy DNS console.
P.S. If you do want to transfer your domain to Google domains, backup all your DNS settings and records before you do so. Because you'll lose them at GoDaddy and need to reconfigure it at Google domains.
