How to fix "Rate Limit" problem?

I’m created may be 20 certifices on 1 week but reason is resetting and trying my PHP software with factory reset and reinstalling SSL.

Can remove limit for 1 SSL?

No, you can't. There's no way to reset a rate limit.

What you should have done is read the site thoroughly, including the part about rate limits and the linked part about the staging environment, where testing should have been done, so you wouldn't run into this rate limit problem.

If you’ve instead reached the Duplicate Certificate rate limit, you can avoid it by issuing a certificate that isn’t a duplicate, by adding or removing a (sub)domain.

What’s the domain?

What error message did you receive?

My Domains: teteos.net, www.teteos.net, *.teteos.net

https://www.sslforfree.com Error message:

Certificate signature failed. If you supplied your own CSR make sure the domains on it match what you put on SSLForFree. If there is a rate limiting error at the end of this paragraph certificates per Domain is currently 5 per 7 days. Try asking Lets Encrypt to increase the limit or wait 7 days. Rate limits should increase in the near future. { “type”: “urn:ietf:params:acme:error:rateLimited”, “detail”: “Error finalizing order :: too many certificates already issued for exact set of domains: teteos.net,www.teteos.net: see https://letsencrypt.org/docs/rate-limits/”, “status”: 429 }

@hasanmerkit, this does mean that you can follow @mnordhoff's suggestion if you would like:
