How do I install Let's Encrypt when mail and website are on different hosting services?

I have a client website hosted at WIX. The email service for the website is hosted at interserver.net. DNS is handled by GoDaddy where the domain is registered. I need to install the Let's Encrypt SSL Certificate on the webmail.haroldschickenscorp.com mail server at interserver.net. They tell me that they can't install the certificate because they are not managing DNS. WIX does not provide email service and they do not provide SSL for outside servers. Client wants to keep DNS management at GoDaddy.

How can I manually install Let's Encrypt on webmail.haroldschickenscorp.com server? Thank you in advance.

Hosting Provider:
www files are on a WIX server at www.haroldschickenscorp.com
email service is at webmail.haroldschickenscorp.com on www.interserver.net hosting.

OS: Windows ( I don't know the version)
I cannot login to the root shell
I access my interserver.net dashboard via their Plesk control panel

Hello @webdev, welcome to the Let's Encrypt community. :slightly_smiling_face:

You can use 2 different certificates:

  1. webmail.haroldschickenscorp.com using something like a standalone option of ACME Client on machine 1.
  2. haroldschickenscorp.com www.haroldschickenscorp.com using the typical webserver option for ACME Client on machine 2.

Edit
Possibly even using different ACME Clients for each.

Edit 2 - ACME Clients

I think WIX is providing and managing the HTTPS service for that domain.

It is only the webmail they need help with.
