How can install SSL certificate on Shopify website. I didn't domain from Shopify

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: I am not hosting with anyone i transfer my domain to shopify and now it is showing me SSL not available because i didn’t bought the domain from Shopify. Tell me how can i install SSL certificate on my shopify website. Need help urgently

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): I don’t know

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): I bought the domain from Godaddy and i was using hosting from WP engine but i am not using it anymore. i move to shopify

Hi @cartclash,

Shopify is going to have to handle this process for you because they don’t (as far as I know) allow you to import an external certificate into their hosting environment. The good news is that they apparently do have a feature to put a Let’s Encrypt certificate or other free certificate on your hosted domain’s site(s).

If you can’t figure it out from there, I’d suggest asking Shopify’s support because I believe they’ll be the only ones who can get this done.
